MIX. Tokyo is an EC mall where various TSI HOLDINGS apparel brands are gathered. We have entirely redesigned the EC mall as a new type where customers can purchase the outfits of store staff. FOURDIGIT was in charge of information design, art direction, design, and front-end development.

TSI HOLDINGS, which has many fashion brands. MIX.Tokyo is an EC mall where customers can buy a wide range of unique brand items. This time, we have entirely redesigned with the aim of further improving the EC conversion rate, attracting more customers to each brand, and strengthening the TSI brand value.
The concept is "an EC mall operated by professional store staff for customers." By posting daily outfits, the shop staff can promote the items by themselves. We aimed to realize online communication and styling advice with customers, which was reduced due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Styling Advice by Fashion Professionals
On the home page, outfits posts by store staff are lined up instead of the item lists on general EC sites. Users can buy items with their favorite outfits while viewing the posts, just like on SNS. The store staff is a brand image and a professional in fashion advice. They also make use of their advice skill and influencerness online.
We have also enhanced the search function so that users can search for their favorite outfits. With a full range of detailed search tools, such as "commuting" and "gathering" by scene, and "casual" and "elegant" by taste, users can search for items as if they were consulting with store staff.

A Modern and Elegant Atmosphere for Professionals
The designs and motifs are simply created to make the most of the individuality of each staff.
Since various brands are lined up, we unified the tone and manners and expressed a stress-free store atmosphere with generous white space. The keywords are "mature", "modern", and "professional". By limiting the colors that mainly use elegant gold, which is the brand color of MIX.Tokyo, we have created an impressive brand atmosphere.

Structure for a Smooth Purchasing Experience
Traditional purchases from item pages and purchases from outfits. We designed the search and purchase process for a smooth experience both ways. At the same time, while coordinating with the migration of the EC platform system and the development of the staff posting system, we have realized a rich design and a smooth purchasing experience despite various restrictions.
